INGREDIENTS:
• ½ cup of almond flour
• 1 tbsp. almond butter
• 1 egg
• 2 egg whites
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 2 sachets of zero calorie sweetener
• To decorate: red fruits, almonds and sugar-free syrup.


PREPARATION

Once you gather all the ingredients you just have to blend them until they are well mixed and empty them little by little in a non-stick pan for two minutes, until they are golden brown. The mixture is a little more liquid, so always prepare them over low heat and when bubbles come out, peel off the pancake and turn it over to cook it on both sides.
