About me

Hello my name is Elianny Castillo! It fills me with hope to share with you a bit of my story.

I was 15 years old when I realized that I was not comfortable with my body and that frustrated me in many aspects of my life, I looked in the mirror and I did not like what I saw, I was overweight and at risk of diabetes and with just reason since she had bad eating habits and was sedentary.

But I have always believed that our mind and mouth are the origin of many of our problems but the good thing is that both depend on us so I decided to change my habits, I went to a gym for the first time but I had no idea what I was doing and I got injured the spine performing deadlift. On the other hand, the closest thing to a diet was eating fruit for dinner or skipping dinner. I began to try meaningless express techniques or methods of weight loss that led me to not be well psychologically and not to have the results I was looking for or to lose them quickly. You understand me, right?

I always went back to my usual habits as it was difficult to balance exercising, eating healthy, and at the same time having a full time job or study.
Tired of not seeing changes and not being able to feel good about myself, in search of knowledge about healthy eating and training at the National Academy of Sports and Medicine (NASM) located in California, USA. Little by little I began to see physical, emotional and health-level results and I fell in love with the healthy lifestyle and my life was never the same again, in fact it is a lifestyle that I can no longer change, I improved my relationship With food, I learned to use physical activity as that tool to fill myself with energy and I understood that we are more than a body, that I must love myself without conforming, wanting to change something that makes you feel self-conscious, does not mean that you do not love yourself, but that; precisely because you love yourself, you seek the best for yourself.

My goal became to inspire people to join this lifestyle, to look for their best version too. It's not about a number on the scale, or a beautiful body, it's about energy, health and more.

Discovering that helping people follow this lifestyle was my passion, I decided to specialize in nutrition, physical training in its different areas and health coaching (health professional) because my purpose is to go beyond creating a personalized plan for you, is to help you identify the habits that can be changed and why it has not been achieved so far, identify your goals, explore your skills and barriers not to judge but to prepare to create a plan to overcome these barriers and meet the objectives raised.

My studies that are still ongoing and my own experience gave me the confidence and ability to start creating a community and every day there are more who join and allow me to be part of their process, obtaining excellent results and that fills me with pride.

Today I dedicate myself 100% to it and I couldn't be happier. That is my mission and purpose in life, to help people find that physical, mental and emotional stability; to ensure that all the people who put themselves in my hands achieve their goals, improve their self-esteem and feel that they are capable of anything. Because you are too, you just have to propose it and all the doors you want will open. My goal is to teach and educate people to listen to their body, to understand it and understand it and by knowing what works for you you can continue on your own. To generate new habits and ensure that this way of living becomes a lifestyle. It seems much more complicated than it really is, but it is simply a matter of getting started and taking the first step.
