Oats pancakes
INGREDIENTS
• 4 egg whites
• ½ cup of oatmeal
• 1 tbsp. of flaxseed
• 1 tsp. Cinnamon.
• 2 sachets of Stevia (you can use monk fruit, splenda or another 0 sweetener 0 calories)
• 1 tsp vanilla.
PREPARATION
• Blend all the ingredients.
• Prepare the pancakes in a pan and use olive oil spray.
• You can add some nuts and pieces of fruit of your choice such as banana or berries.
